Full Member (TEP)

Our highest level of membership, Full Members represent the most senior practitioners in the industry.

Full Members have exclusive use of the TEP designation and the STEP logo, to enhance their profile in the industry and promote their specialist knowledge to both clients and colleagues.

Full Members are also eligible to stand for Council and Chair on Regional Committees.


Requirements

To become a Full Member you must

  • Gain 240 credits by completing the STEP Diploma or accredited qualifications via the Exam Route

OR

OR

  • Be a senior practitioner who holds a relevant professional qualification and has a minimum of ten years’ senior experience working at a leadership level in the industry, in practice or academia. If this applies to you, you can join via our Expertise Route

How to apply

If you are studying the STEP Diploma or Essay Route, you can upgrade your membership on completion of the route.

If you have relevant professional qualification(s) and a minimum of ten years’ senior experience working at a leadership level in the industry, in practice or academia, complete the application form to join via our Expertise Route

The most common route to STEP membership is through STEP exams or accreditation of prior learning and/or experience.
