Nathalie Chaix obtained a law degree at the University of Geneva in 1991 and a Magister Juris in international trade law at the University of Heidelberg in 1992.

After working in the litigation and international arbitration department of the New York firms Holland & Knight and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, she joined Ming, Halpérin, Burger & Inaudi, where she advises individuals and multinational families on all aspects of estate and tax planning, including marriage contracts, wills, trusts, foundations and partnerships, as well as the resolution of disputes that may affect the well-being of a family or its members.

Nathalie also assists owners of family businesses, regardless of the business sector or generational stage, in answering their particular needs. As Trust and Estate Practitioner, Nathalie furthermore advises family offices and trust companies on administrative matters and legal proceedings.

She is fluent in French, Spanish, English and German.
