Biography:

Carlos Fitte is an Argentine national. He holds an LL.M. in International Economic Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Warwick in England, through a scholarship awarded by the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO). Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Law degree and a Lawyer with a specialization in Corporate Business Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires.

Carlos has worked in corporate business and taxation since completing his law degree in 1993. His professional experience includes working for Arthur Andersen & Co. Buenos Aires as an attorney and tax consultant, for Baker & McKenzie Buenos Aires as associate, and for Curaçao International Trust Company (CITCO) in the Netherlands Antilles as a corporate trust and client relationship manager.

Carlos has significant experience providing advice and assisting Latin American clients with the organization of international estate and corporate tax planning structures. 

In September 2005 Carlos joined Amicorp Group’s Miami Representative office as marketing and sales director. His area of responsibility included markets such as Colombia, Panama, USA (Miami, Houston and San Antonio), and Argentina. In December 2007 he relocated to Argentina where he set up and currently manages the Amicorp office in Buenos Aires.

He is a comitee director of STEP South American Branch (STEP), a member of the Argentine Chevening Alumni Association (ACHA), the Warwick Graduate Association (WGA), the Argentine Council for International Relations (C.A.R.I.), the Yacht Club Argentino (Y.C.A.) and Colegio Publico de Abogados de la Capital Federal (C.P.A.C.F.) 

Carlos speaks Spanish and English and has some knowledge of Dutch.
