Biography:

Jenny has a degree in law with Australian law from the University of Nottingham, and also studied at the University of Queensland.

She trained as a solicitor at Russell-Cooke and qualified into the Private Client Team in September 2010. Jenny has broad experience in many aspects of the law that individuals encounter on a day to day basis including advising on and setting up trusts, administering estates, drafting complex wills and estate planning and tax advice.

Jenny is particularly interested in cross border issues including estate planning for international individuals, administering estates where there is a foreign element and the recent French legislation on reporting trusts with a French connection.

Clients have said of Jenny that 'she quickly fostered confidence with her reliable and professional manner' and that 'she has given us such excellent service over the last year that I would have no hesitation in using Russell Cooke again or recommending her'.

She is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) and is on the STEP London Central Committee. Jenny has had articles published in Private Client Business and the STEP Journal and has presented webinars and podcasts on legal issues. She has also featured on BBC Radio 4's Money Box Live sharing her expertise on estate planning and inheritance tax.

Jenny was selected by eprivateclient as one of the 'Top 35 under 35' in 2014.

Jenny is currently training to become a Notary and assists Richard Frimston in providing Notary Public services.
