Biography:

I am an Associate Solicitor, Trust and Estate Practitioner and Chartered Tax Adviser specialising in Wills, Probate, Succession Planning and Enduring Powers of Attorney. I specialise in drafting tax efficient wills and trusts, administration of estates and trusts, advising on contentious disputes arising in estates, advising on extracting foreign grants of probate, extracting Irish grants of probate for foreign lawyers and advising beneficiaries on their succession rights. I advise families in relation to estate and succession planning. I also have extensive property experience in both residential and agricultural property, including sales on behalf of Wards of Court and transfers of property following family law settlements.

I graduated from Trinity College Dublin with both an Honours Degree and a Masters in Law. I qualified as a solicitor in 2011 with a large Dublin law firm where I worked prior to joining Mullany Walsh Maxwells in 2018. I am a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 2014. I am a member of the STEP Ireland committee and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association Probate and Taxation Committee. I became a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2018 having completed my exams with the Irish Taxation Institue.

I have given presentations on wills and succession planning and have contributed to radio programmes on the topic. I lecture on the area of wills for the STEP Ireland Diploma in Trusts and Estates.
