STEP TQR March 2021

This issue of the Trust Quarterly Review explores how to manage clients’ digital legacies in the absence of legislation that allows access by LPRs, with an emphasis on Australia; analyses the introduction of a register of ultimate beneficial owners of trusts in Italy; examines the rules of electronic execution and delivery of trust documents in offshore jurisdictions; explicates the differences between trusts and escrow arrangements in the UK; and reviews The Family Court Practice 2020.
